We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to provide senior product leadership across a complex Government health portfolio. This is a high-impact role suited to a confident product leader who can operate at both strategic and delivery levels, influence senior stakeholders, and embed product-led ways of working in a regulated environment.
What you’ll do:
- Champion product-led delivery, demonstrating measurable value across a complex organisation
- Own a portfolio-level view of priorities, dependencies, risks and outcomes
- Translate strategic objectives into clear product direction, roadmaps and decision-making frameworks
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across policy, technology and delivery
- Ensure delivery aligns with governance, assurance and regulatory requirements typical of the health sector
- Lead through influence, uplifting product capability across teams and stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- 8–10+ years’ experience in Product Management, including senior or portfolio-level roles
- Proven experience managing multi-team / complex product environments
- Strong stakeholder influence at Director / Executive level
- Track record of outcome-led, value-focused delivery, using data and insight
- Excellent communication, judgement and decision-making skills
Desirable:
- Experience in health, public sector or regulated environments
- Familiarity with Government Digital & Data (DDaT) ways of working
- Experience coaching product teams in mixed-maturity organisations
