What you'll be doing:
- Proven experience as a PMO Lead or Senior PMO Manager within Defence or complex government programmes.
- Demonstrated experience managing full P3M scope across large-scale programmes (preferably HMG Category A).
- Strong expertise in:
- Scheduling and integrated planning
- Risk & opportunity management
- Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
- Cost control and financial management
- Dependency management
- Benefits realisation
- Experience producing senior-level reporting, board packs, and governance artefacts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with SROs, SLT, and Boards.
- Experience leading and mentoring PMO teams.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
