Overview
We are actively hiring for Oracle Program Manager.
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Position: Oracle Program Manager
Location: Hybrid – Reading (flexible to work from London and across UK)

Good to have Public sector or Higher education domain experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and review fulfillment of resource needs for the projects.
- Final authority to onboard / offboard resources, any resource movement across shores.
- Frequent review of team’s performance & quality checks.
- Co-ordination with pre-sales & account managers to mine new opportunities with existing customers.
- Ensure programs are executed within timelines, efforts & budget (within sales gross profit margins / agreed profit margins).
- Note: Any slippages on GP margins beyond sales GP should be approved by vertical leader.
- Responsible for month-on-month revenue & resource forecast till program closure and ensure minimum to no variance.
- Note: Any fluctuations on monthly revenue numbers beyond 2-3% (between forecast & actuals) should be presented to vertical leader along with a justification.
- CR’s should be approved as per the agreed rate card. Any discounts beyond 5% should be approved by the vertical leader as rate cards are already discounted.
- Detailed understanding of every clause in the contract.
- Review Bill of Materials, SOW & ITT responses as part of handover along with PM’s & SA’s.
- Review other key elements and ensure the team operates within these scope elements.
- Review of various logs periodically & ensure all parties are appraised on risk register & timelines audit log reports.
- Ensure the project team follows the required quality & sanity checks.
- Maintain program level risk register & come up with mitigation plans.
- Coverage of CRs for every slippage due to customer / scope changes.
- Timely signoffs are a must and need to take hard calls along with vertical leader if signoffs are not provided in time.
- Work with customer & account manager on executing additional scope elements mentioned in contract.
- Coordinate with account manager on addressing CSR commitments as part of contracts.
- Escalation & Dispute Management – appraise vertical leader & account manager on all critical escalations; coordinate with vertical leader, account manager, customer & legal team for dispute management which involves commercial discussion / negotiations.
- Going beyond SOW without compromising GP%.
- Review of VBA Reports / KPIs and guide team on fine tuning messaging.
