We are seeking an experienced
Technical Writer / Technical Documentation & Knowledge Management Specialist to join a high-performing team supporting enterprise-scale services and technology platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, service continuity, incident readiness, and knowledge management across critical business and technology functions.
You'll work closely with architects, engineers, service teams, and business stakeholders to create and maintain high-quality documentation that supports live services, operational resilience, and continuous improvement.

Own and manage knowledge repositories, ensuring content is

Collaborate with

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, audience-appropriate content.

- Business Continuity

Drive documentation standards, governance, consistency, and knowledge management best practices across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
10–12 years of experience in Technical Author, Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, Knowledge Management, or similar roles.
Proven experience producing enterprise-level technical and operational documentation.
Strong understanding of

Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
