About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the delivery of innovative digital products and cloud-based solutions.

This role is ideal for a product professional who excels at defining product vision, driving agile delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

You will work closely with engineering, architecture, UX, and business stakeholders to shape product strategy, prioritise roadmaps, and deliver high-impact, user-centric digital solutions.

Experience delivering products involving API integrations, cloud technologies, and complex enterprise environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Drive end-to-end product delivery across digital application and cloud engineering initiatives.
  • Manage and prioritise product backlogs to maximise business value and customer outcomes.
  • Define and communicate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead API integration initiatives in collaboration with engineering and architecture teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, product discovery sessions, and roadmap discussions.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
  • Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and business insights to drive product enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance, define success metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Champion product management best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Professional Product Management certifications are advantageous.
  • Required Skills
  • 5 years+ years of Product Management experience delivering digital products and platforms.
  • Proven experience leading product delivery within Agile environments.
  • Strong experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritisation frameworks.
  • Expertise in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Experience delivering products involving API integrations and working closely with technical teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience working within cloud and digital application environments.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining focus on strategic outcomes.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience working on enterprise digital transformation or modernisation programmes.
  • Understanding of modern software engineering and cloud-native product environments.
