About the Ro le We’re looking for an experience d Head of Profession - Interaction Desi gn to lead and grow the interaction design capability across our organisatio n.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on defining design standards, driving design quality, developing talent, and embedding user-centred, accessible design practices across multiple products and services.

You’ll act as the senior authority for interaction design, shaping the profession while influencing senior stakeholders and delivery teams across the busines s.
