The Salesforce Service Line – Sales Lead will be responsible for owning the end-to-end Salesforce sales motion across the UK and Europe, driving revenue growth through both new logo acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role, focused on building pipeline, closing deals, and establishing long-term client partnerships. The role will play a key part in shaping the Salesforce services business, working closely with delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams to position differentiated solutions across Salesforce clouds. The position is ideally based in London or Reading (South East UK).

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Salesforce services sales lifecycle end-to-end, from opportunity identification and qualification through deal closure.
  • Carry an annual quota of £4–5M, with accountability for pipeline creation, conversion, and revenue realization.
  • Drive growth across new logos and existing accounts, leveraging both hunting and farming motions.
  • Partner closely with pre-sales, delivery leaders, and solution architects to shape compelling Salesforce solutions and proposals.
  • Engage senior client stakeholders to understand business needs and position Salesforce-led digital transformation offerings.
  • Lead deal strategy, commercial negotiations, and pricing in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support large, strategic deals as well as smaller, high-velocity opportunities, ensuring balanced pipeline coverage.
  • Contribute to service line growth strategy, market positioning, and go-to-market initiatives for Salesforce offerings.

Experience & Profile

  • 10–15 years of experience in enterprise technology or consulting sales, with strong exposure to Salesforce services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding £4–5M+ quota in a services-led sales environment.
  • Experience selling across UK and European markets.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and enterprise digital transformation.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a senior IC role while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable engaging C-level and senior decision-makers.
