We are seeking an experienced
Delivery / Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-profile Data & Analytics initiatives, working alongside talented software engineers, data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.

- What You\'ll Be Responsible For
- Leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring programmes are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Managing project scope, plans, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Driving Agile delivery practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with business leaders, technical teams, and client stakeholders to define objectives, priorities, and success criteria.
- Monitoring project progress and providing clear, concise, and actionable updates to senior stakeholders.
- Managing multiple workstreams and ensuring effective governance, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Building and maintaining high-performing project teams that foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- What We\'re Looking For
- 12β15 years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or Technology Transformation.
- Strong experience delivering Data, Analytics, Cloud, Digital, or Enterprise Technology projects.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Data Management principles, including Data Integration, Data Modelling, Data Governance, ETL, SQL, and Business Intelligence solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate complex environments and successfully deliver business-critical programmes.
- Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience managing transition, migration, transformation, or modernization projects.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise Data & Analytics programmes.
