What You’ll Do:
- Lead service delivery operations, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded.
- Own critical incidents, coordinate resolution, and manage stakeholder communication.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Manage team performance, recruitment, training, and mentoring.
