Role – Strategic Planning Specialist Join our dynamic team as a Biz Strategy & Performance Management executive and help us drive excellence across organization! Excellent opportunity for applicants looking for permanent role on hybrid work model (3-4 day’s work from office) Work Location – Reading About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive applicant to support our executive team. The Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to details, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining dashboards, and providing general administrative support to ensure efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: – Assist in Strategy development, execution and ongoing support to the biz – Financial Planning & Analytical Skills – Sector Leader engagement to execute strategy – Drive Performance management: Biz Dashboard analysis periodically – PPT, Board & Quarterly Biz Review support – External market scanning: Competitor analysis; Sectoral analysis; Engagement with Analysts and Advisors – High energy/ ambitious pro with ability to work in tight timelines – Strong PPT and Excel skills – This role has tremendous potential to develop into geo leader of Biz Finance and/ or Strategy. – Role needs working with stakeholders and business leaders across different geos. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, communications or related field (Preferred but not mandatory) Experience: 3-5 year’s Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with data analysis and dashboard Strong problem – solving skills and the ability to work independently
