We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with proven experience delivering permanent and contract hiring, supported by a strong working knowledge of IR35 legislation. This role will manage end‑to‑end recruitment within an internal TA function, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver compliant, high‑quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end‑to‑end in‑house recruitment for permanent and contract roles, from role scoping through to offer and onboarding.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on perm vs contract hiring strategies.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Recruitment.
  • Lead direct sourcing efforts using job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and talent pooling.
  • Manage recruitment agencies, including briefing, performance management, and rate negotiations.
  • Ensure all hiring activity complies with UK employment law, IR35 regulations, and internal governance.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and provide regular hiring updates and reports.
  • Support onboarding processes, right‑to‑work checks, and background screening.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven in‑house recruitment experience within a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrable experience managing both permanent and contract hiring.
  • Hands‑on experience and strong understanding of IR35 legislation and contractor engagement models.
  • Experience working with PSCs, umbrella companies, and recruitment agencies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment systems.
