Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
This role involves providing third-line support (L3), which is the highest level of technical support. Responsibilities include resolving complex technical issues, which require engineering expertise or software development (.Net, Devops pipelines, MS SQL, Grafana), and coordinating with third-party vendors for incident management, patches, and upgrades.
Key tasks include:
- Providing 24/7 L3 support, including on-call duties, with coverage for out-of-hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Analysing, designing, and implementing robust solutions to complex problems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design suitable solutions.
- Conducting code reviews and offering feedback.
- Communicating risks and impacts to stakeholders effectively.
- Ensuring the security and integrity of solutions.
- Continuously improving technical knowledge and skills by staying updated with industry trends.
- Managing incidents, root causes, resolutions, and implementing improvement actions.
- Perform Incident management in terms of: Major/Minor Incidents, Root Causes, Resolutions, Improvement actions/Problems management, Knowledge management.
