Responsibilities- Providing 24/7 L3 support, including on-call duties, with coverage for out-of-hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Analysing, designing, and implementing robust solutions to complex problems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design suitable solutions.
- Conducting code reviews and offering feedback.
- Communicating risks and impacts to stakeholders effectively.
- Ensuring the security and integrity of solutions.
- Continuously improving technical knowledge and skills by staying updated with industry trends.
- Managing incidents, root causes, resolutions, and implementing improvement actions.
- Perform Incident management in terms of Major/Minor Incidents, Root Causes, Resolutions, Improvement actions/Problems management, Knowledge management.
- Experience with .NET, DevOps pipelines, MS SQL, Grafana.
