We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Learning Management, and Talent Management modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional configuration, business process mapping, user support, and solution design within Oracle E-Business Suite HCM. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and support Oracle EBS Core HR, Learning, and Talent Management modules
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Prepare functional specifications and support UAT activities
- Collaborate with technical teams on reports, interfaces, and enhancements
- Provide functional support, issue resolution, and user training
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules such as: Core HR, Learn, Talent Management
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes
- Experience in functional documentation and stakeholder interaction
