Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Learning Management, and Talent Management modules. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in functional configuration, business process mapping, user support, and solution design within Oracle E-Business Suite HCM. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support Oracle EBS Core HR, Learning, and Talent Management modules

Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions

Prepare functional specifications and support UAT activities

Collaborate with technical teams on reports, interfaces, and enhancements

Provide functional support, issue resolution, and user training

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules such as:
• Core HR
• Learn
• Talent Management

Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes

Experience in functional documentation and stakeholder interaction

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
