About the Role

The Oracle Consultant role provides an opportunity to begin a career in consulting within a supportive environment. The role offers experience across Oracle Cloud applications, supporting client transformation programs and contributing to digital change across the organisation. The role is designed to develop strong consulting capability through exposure to company-wide projects and client environments. Working alongside experienced consultants, this role supports the delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions for public and private sector clients. What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will support the delivery of Oracle Cloud implementation across projects while working closely with consultants, technical teams and project managers. You will gain an understanding of core business processes aligned to your practice area. You will assist with system configuration, testing activities including system and user acceptance testing and data validation. You will also be responsible for producing documentation, including functional designs, test scripts and user guides. As you progress, you will support client workshops, demonstrations and training sessions, all while continuing to build your Oracle product knowledge and consulting capability.

Training and Development

You will take part in a structured development program that provides a strong foundation in Oracle Cloud applications and consulting fundamentals. Training will include functional learning delivered by experienced consultants combined with exposure to live projects. You will be supported through mentoring and on‑the‑job coaching, with opportunities to work towards relevant Oracle certifications as you progress. Clear career pathways are in place to support your development from Consultant to Consultant and beyond.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for candidates with a strong interest in technology, business processes, and consulting, who have paid work experience in a relevant discipline such as Business Management, Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems or any related fields. You should demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, be comfortable working with data and processes, and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. A proactive approach, willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while working effectively as part of a team are essential. An interest in ERP systems, cloud technology, and digital transformation, along with the ability to adapt to project‑based environments and work across different industries and clients will set you up for success in the role.

This role is based in Reading/ Harrow and requires flexibility to work onsite and travel to client locations when required. Any practice‑specific knowledge is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
