About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultantto lead business process transformation, target operating model design, operational readiness, and business transition activities across digital and cloud-enabled programmes.
This role is ideal for a process-focused professional who excels at analysing and optimising business operations, designing scalable operating models, and ensuring organisations are prepared to successfully adopt new digital services and ways of working.
You will work closely with product, engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to define, improve, and govern end-to-end business processes. Experience working within digital transformation, cloud, and enterprise technology environments is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business process analysis across digital and technology initiatives.
- Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) that support efficient and scalable service delivery.
- Drive operational readiness activities, including readiness assessments, process validation, and go-live preparation.
- Establish and maintain process governance frameworks, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and decision-making structures.
- Lead business transition activities to support the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and operating models.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and change teams to translate business requirements into effective process solutions.
- Utilise BPMN to model, document, and optimise business processes across digital application and cloud engineering programmes.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process discovery sessions to capture and validate requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and define KPIs to measure operational effectiveness.
- Ensure business processes support compliance, risk management, and quality standards.
- Manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Consultancy, or Operational Transformation roles.
- Proven experience leading business process analysis and transformation within complex organisations.
- Strong experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models and process governance frameworks.
- Expertise in BPMN process modelling and process optimisation methodologies.
- Experience leading operational readiness and business transition activities for digital or technology-enabled programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience working within Digital Application and Cloud Engineering environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams in a techno-functional capacity.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation and modernisation programmes.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and operational performance management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Business Analysis, BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or related professional certifications are advantageous.
