We’re seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager with a strong engineering background to lead cross-functional development projects in optics, aerospace, or medical technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multi-phase technical development programs
- Contribute technically to engineering design and hardware builds
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and ensure milestones and budgets are met
- Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ClickUp) effectively
- Occasionally attend in-person customer meetings (minimal travel)
