Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multi-phase technical development programs Contribute technically to engineering design and hardware builds Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and ensure milestones and budgets are met Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ClickUp) effectively Occasionally attend in-person customer meetings (minimal travel) Requirements: Technical Program Management or optical engineering leadership experience.
