One of our prestigious clients is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of innovative financial products. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital payment solutions and lending platforms for our FinTech clients. As a key player in our product development team, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, managing product roadmaps, and ensuring high-quality delivery that meets user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product strategy for payments, BNPL, embedded lending, and credit platforms.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including roadmap development and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver seamless and secure financial products.
- Translate market trends and customer feedback into actionable product enhancements.
- Work closely with compliance and risk to ensure products meet regulatory standards.
- Monitor and improve product KPIs including adoption, NPS, churn, and engagement.
- Prepare business cases, prioritisation frameworks, and release schedules.
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Proven experience delivering digital financial products (especially payment processing, P2P, credit or lending systems).
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, payment rails, core banking systems, or lending infrastructure.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.

- Experience working with PSD2, FCA regulations, or AML/KYC compliance.
