We are hiring a HealthTech Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of digital healthcare products that improve patient outcomes and provide efficiency. This role involves working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and clinical teams to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and deliver innovative digital health solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for digital health applications or platforms.
- Translate user needs and business objectives into product features and functionality.
- Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, data scientists, and clinicians to guide product delivery.
- Gather and prioritise product requirements based on market research, user feedback, and compliance needs.
- Drive Agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs to iterate and improve continuously.
- Ensure product compliance with healthcare regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and MHRA guidelines.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across business, regulatory, and technical teams.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Proven track record in product management for digital health platforms, telemedicine apps, EHR systems, or healthcare SaaS.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient journeys, and clinical environments.
- Familiarity with health data standards: FHIR, HL7, ICD-10, SNOMED.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working with software development teams in a regulated environment.
Desired Skills:
