Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Security Manager role located in Purfleet for an international port and terminal operator. As a Security Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of security operations liaising closely with the client team. Primary responsibilities include implementing physical and operational measures, managing rota shifts, supervising security teams, and ensuring the safety of both personnel and assets. You will also collaborate with senior management to address risk mitigation and continuing improvements.

• Ability to respond effectively to security incidents and crises
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
