We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and motivated Project Architect to join our 35+ team in Glasgow in a friendly and positive working environment, with a great team ethos and excellent working conditions. MAST Architects are an award-winning practice delivering projects across a number of sectors but with a focus on residential, conservation and community projects. In addition to these, we are also involved in care, leisure, work and learning projects.
For the right candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with an ambitious practice, progress your career and become a key member of the team. Candidates should be qualified Architects (3+ years post qualification) with proven job running capabilities. They should have excellent technical skills and be able to work with minimal supervision, managing a team with a range of projects. This will require strong organisational and communication skills.
It is preferable that applicants have residential experience in Scotland and experience that extends beyond small scale domestic projects. Experience in Revit would be an advantage but not a requirement (we can offer training and support). Fluent spoken and written English is essential as is your eligibility to work in the UK.
We can provide an excellent package to include paid overtime, annual bonuses, income protection, death in service, good holidays, travel to work scheme, childcare vouchers, structured CPD / personal development & regular staff nights out. We also adopt a blended approach to office and remote working with flexible working arrangements.
At MAST, we aim to make a difference and strive to make MAST an outstanding place to work. If you are interested in being part of our team and joining a different type of architectural practice – one where our culture, vision and values are at the forefront of what we do - we would love to hear from you!
Interested applicants should email your CV (max 10Mb) with examples of work, personal statement outlining your particular relevant experience and details of your availability.
