Utility Team Member (FSS Operator & C2 Driver)
We are currently recruiting for a Utility Team Member who would have a dual role as a Class 2 Multi Drop Driver and a Farm-Saved Seed / FSS Operator for our site in Pocklington.

Our integrated seed offer comprises Master Seeds, the UK’s leading quality certified brand and a national fleet of on-farm mobile processors.
We are looking for the right caliber of person who would relish the opportunity of having a very varied role, part of the year being a Class 2 (C) Multi Drop Driver for our Logistics team and the other part working as a Farm Saved Seed Operator to service our customers across the farm save seed area. Both aspects of the job would involve high levels of customer service.
The FSS aspect of the role will involve travelling from our site to customer farms, operating seed cleaning and chemical application machinery, and general farmer interaction to meet the customer requirements. Ideally you will have a basic understanding of machinery and engineering skills. We are looking for candidates who possess work experience within the Agriculture / Farming environment.
The Class 2 Multi Drop delivery Driver aspect of the role is ideal for someone who takes pride in providing a reliable, professional delivery service and enjoys being part of a hardworking, customer-focused team.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver agricultural products safely and efficiently to customers across the region. Represent Agrii professionally, building strong working relationships with farmers and customers.
- Load and unload products, handling goods with care and ensuring accurate deliveries.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and comply with all transport legislation and safety requirements.
- A valid Driver CPC card and Digital Tachograph card. Good communication and customer service skills.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to undertake manual handling daily.
- ADR and forklift licences are desirable, but training will be provided if needed.
What you’ll need:
- A full UK driving licence with Class 2 / C entitlement however if the candidate fits the criteria of the whole aspect of the dual role but does not hold a Class 2 License then we would develop and offer a progression plan.
Successful candidates will be highly self-motivated with a desire to succeed within an extremely busy seasonal business.
This is a permanent and full-time position. This role also comes with paid overtime afterworking a basic 40 hour week, which would be expected during our peak season.
