We’re looking for a Marketing & Design Lead to support Agrii with high-quality design delivery across the business, while also providing marketing, campaign and events support for our Scottish regional teams. This is a hands‑on role with a strong design focus. You’ll be creating and updating a wide range of national marketing materials, including brochures, corporate literature, campaign assets, presentations, digital content, event stands and branded materials. You’ll need to make sure everything is visually consistent, on brand and aligned with Agrii’s tone of voice.

Alongside this national design responsibility, you’ll work closely with our regional teams across Scotland to support local campaigns, customer events and wider marketing activity. This will include helping to plan and deliver regional events, supporting national events such as AgriScot, coordinating materials, working with suppliers and making sure projects are delivered on time.

The role is home‑based in Scotland, but regular travel will be required to support events, meet with regional teams, attend planning meetings and work with suppliers or venues where needed. You’ll need strong design skills, good organisation and the ability to manage changing priorities calmly. You’ll be working with regional colleagues, third‑party suppliers, event partners and the wider marketing team, so clear communication and a collaborative approach are important. An interest in agriculture would be useful, but the main requirement is a practical, creative approach, a good eye for detail and the confidence to deliver high‑quality work at pace.

Key areas of the role include:

  • Designing and producing national Agrii marketing materials, including literature, campaign assets, presentations, digital content and event materials
  • Supporting brand consistency across printed and digital materials
  • Providing regional marketing support for Scottish teams
  • Helping plan and deliver local and national events, including AgriScot
  • Coordinating regional campaigns and event materials
  • Working with designers, printers, event partners and other suppliers
  • Supporting website, intranet and social media activity where needed
  • Managing timelines, files, budgets and project administration
  • Maintaining marketing systems and content libraries, including SharePoint, OneDrive and MS Teams
  • Raising purchase orders and supporting wider marketing administration

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven design experience and the ability to produce high‑quality materials at pace
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects at once
  • A good understanding of brand consistency across print and digital channels
  • A calm, practical approach when priorities change
  • Good attention to detail and pride in producing well‑finished work
  • A willingness to learn, develop and improve ways of working
  • Copywriting skills and an interest in agriculture would be beneficial
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly

This is a varied, hands‑on role with real ownership across design, campaigns and events. It would suit someone who enjoys producing strong visual work, likes working with different teams, and is comfortable balancing national design delivery with local marketing support across Scotland.

Deadline: Fri 14th August 2026
