  • Logistics Support colleague to join our busy depot in

Alford .

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll support the day-to-day running of our warehouse and distribution operation, helping to ensure our products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time to customers across the UK.

Working closely with the Depot Manager and wider logistics team, you'll play an important role in maintaining high standards of customer service, warehouse operations and health and safety.

This is a full-time, permanent position and flexibility is essential to support seasonal peaks and changing business demands.

What you'll do

  • Support the day-to-day warehouse and distribution operation.
  • Work closely with the Depot Manager and wider logistics team to ensure the smooth running of the depot.
  • Help coordinate the movement of products to support timely customer deliveries.
  • Maintain a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
  • Support stock management and general warehouse activities as required.
  • Work flexibly to meet seasonal business demands and provide cover for colleagues where needed.
  • Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.

What you'll do

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong customer-focused approach.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment would be beneficial.
  • A Counterbalance Forklift Licence would be an advantage, although full training can be provided for the right candidate.
  • A flexible approach to working hours during busy periods.
