Team Leader - Tipton
The role involves working with a small team of around 5 people and is a hands-on position.
Main duties:
- Leading and organising a team of 5
- Clearly communicating instructions and allocating work
- Giving and taking instructions and relaying information to the team
- Booking goods in on arrival and updating the system
- Managing Goods In / Goods Out
- Answering calls from incoming deliveries
- Answering the work mobile regarding delivery arrivals during working hours
- Responding to emails when required
- Opening up the factory in the morning - key holder also setting fire alarms
- Scanning goods - hand held scanner
- Wrapping pallets
- Using a pump truck
- General hands-on support with the team
Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm Mon - Friday
The company is offering up to £14ph, depending on experience.
