Masstemps Ltd is a well-established and growing recruitment agency with a strong presence across the Midlands. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality staffing solutions while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Due to continued growth, we are looking for ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultants to join our Kidderminster office.
The Role
This is a full 360 recruitment role, combining both business development (sales) and service delivery. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle—from winning new business to sourcing and placing candidates. We are open to both experienced recruiters and trainees who are eager to build a career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing new business opportunities through outbound sales activity (calls, emails, meetings)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Understanding client hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Managing job vacancies from brief through to placement
- Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process
- Delivering excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
- Working towards and exceeding team targets
What We’re Looking For
For Trainees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence, resilience, and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment
- Sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
For Experienced Consultants
- Proven track record in recruitment or sales
- Strong business development skills
- Ability to manage and grow client accounts
- Experience working in a target-driven environment
