Masstemps are currently looking to recruit a full time experienced Powder coating operative to join a busy and manufacturing client based in Kidderminster.
The role:
- Prepare surfaces and carry out powder coating on various materials, including steel, aluminium and other metals, in accordance with specified guidelines.
- Apply protective powder coatings to a wide range of items, ensuring a high standard of finish, precision and quality.
- Prepare, clean and inspect surfaces prior to coating.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to the required quality standards.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Powder Coater
- Strong commitment to quality standards
- Physically capable of lifting and standing for extended periods
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
Rate of pay:
up to £17 per hour based on experience.
