- PCB Assembler to join a well-established and busy manufacturing company based near the
Oldbury area.
THE ROLE
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to accurately fabricate components.
- Prepare materials by measuring, marking out, cutting, and grinding to specification.
- Carry out tack welding and complete MIG welds on fabricated assemblies.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets drawing specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment while following all health and safety procedures.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a MIG welding and fabrication role.
- Ability to confidently read and work from engineering drawings.
- Skilled in measuring, cutting, grinding, and preparing materials for fabrication.
- Experience carrying out tack welds and producing high-quality finished welds.
- Coded welding certification is preferred for structural steel work.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect and verify work against technical drawings.
