Masstemps Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a full-time temp to perm MIG Welder to join a busy and expanding company based in the Wednesbury area.

Responsibilities for the day to day include:

  • MIG Welding mild steel in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, butt weld)
  • Interpret and work from basic engineering drawings
  • Carry out preparation including cleaning, grinding, and tacking of components
  • Experience with jig and fixture-based welding in a production setting

Hours: Monday to Friday - 07:30am – 16:30pm

Pay Rate: Up to £14.50ph

Other Information:

  • Free Parking
  • Ideally have CODED certification (though, not essential)
  • Long term opportunity which could result in a permanent contract
