Masstemps are currently recruiting experienced Production Technicians to join one of our busy and well-established clients based in Highley.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with production, assembly, or electronics manufacturing experience who are looking for a on going role.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret engineering schematics and assemble PCBs and high-voltage power supply units.
- Carry out mechanical assembly of components.
- Complete internal wiring of high-voltage units.
- Produce moulds to specification.
- Solder components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Test completed units when required.
- Diagnose and repair returned customer units.
- Package finished products ready for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous production or electronics assembly experience.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering schematics.
- Experience with soldering and PCB assembly is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:0pm
