Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate TRUMPF turret punch press machines to manufacture bespoke sheet metal components.
- Set up and operate Amada press brake machines, producing parts to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Select, install, and change tooling as required for different production runs.
- Carry out first-off inspections and in-process quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and production schedules.
- Adjust machine settings and tooling to achieve required tolerances and product quality.
- Maintain a safe and organised working environment in accordance with health and safety procedures.
- Work independently and as part of a production team to meet deadlines and production targets.

- Experience operating Amada press brakes.
- Confident with machine setup and tooling changes.
