Masstemps are recruiting for an experienced CNC team leader for our busy automotive client in Kidderminster. The role provides first line supervision, managing workload and staff to meet daily targets and quality goals, and deputising for the Shift Manager when required.
You will coordinate production staff, communicate requirements, train colleagues to company standards, manage holidays, ensure data accuracy, and uphold HSE and 5S practices while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
