Masstemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Receptionist to join our busy client based in Droitwich.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

We're looking for a confident, organised, and proactive individual who can provide an outstanding patient experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient flow and daily clinic systems.
  • Ensure clinics run efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Create a calm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for patients and colleagues.
  • Clearly explain treatment fees, care plans, and clinic procedures.
  • Professionally handle appointment bookings, scheduling, and payments.
  • Confidently and politely set appropriate boundaries with patients when required.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinic systems.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they become problems.
  • Take ownership of your work and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.

You'll be well suited to this role if you are

  • Calm, confident, and professional.
  • Comfortable communicating with patients and discussing treatment fees.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in a clinical reception, private healthcare, medical practice, hospitality, fitness, or another customer-facing environment would be advantageous.
