Masstemps are recruiting an experienced MIG and TIG Welder / Fabricator to join a busy manufacturing business in Kidderminster. This hands-on role requires confidence with aluminium, TIG welding and the ability to produce high‑quality work from drawings and specifications.
You will fabricate and weld metal components, read engineering drawings, ensure accuracy and quality, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and work to production deadlines while upholding company health and safety procedures.
