Masstemps are currently recruiting for a reliable, hardworking and punctual Warehouse Operative to join our team in Worcester. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, helping to ensure stock is handled safely and orders are picked and dispatched efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Unloading deliveries from incoming vehicles.
- Loading trucks and vehicles for dispatch.
- Working safely within warehouse racking areas.
- Picking stock accurately and efficiently.
- Moving, handling and organising stock around the warehouse.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual and committed to the agreed shift pattern.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.
- Physically fit and able to carry out a hands‑on role.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail when picking and handling stock.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
