Ability to work to tight tolerances and precise measurements. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues. Previous experience using a table-top router. Experience using hot glue guns. Ability to complete basic records and paperwork. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience using other woodworking machinery would be an advantage
