Masstemps Ltd are recruiting for a Steel operative on behalf of one of our busy clients in the Wolverhampton area that manufacture steel framing.
Job Duties:
- Previous experience in a factory, steel, or engineering environment preferred.
- General Labouring
- Working off the back of the machines
- Comfortable handling steel and working in a busy workshop.
- Experience with banding steel and goods in/out is beneficial.
- Any overhead crane experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work on your feet.
- Willing to help where needed.
Requirements:
- Steel Banding Experience
- Metal Polishing
- OHC experience (Not essential just beneficial)
- Experience with rolling mills (Beneficial)
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Pay: £12.71ph - £13ph (Starting)
Additional information:
- Induction: Induction is carried out on site. Will have to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test.
- Uniform: Safety Boots, Hi-Vis (all other Safety Gear Provided by company).
