The Role
As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, sourcing high-quality industrial candidates, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This is a 360 role, requiring a hands-on approach from business development through to candidate placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy to placement
- Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and our internal database
- Meeting and exceeding targets
- Providing outstanding service to clients and candidates alike
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment (industrial sector preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and ambitious approach
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of the Dudley industrial sector is a bonus
