Job Title: Machine Operator
We are recruiting for experienced Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing team on a temp-to-perm basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Carrying out end-of-line duties, including packing finished products.
- Labelling products accurately and preparing them for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Assisting with other production duties as required.
Working Hours:
- 12-hour shifts (days and nights).
- Rotating shift pattern.
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts is essential.
Requirements:
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential.
- Experience operating production machinery is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
