We are recruiting for an FLT / Production Operative to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves operating a Forklift Truck to move raw materials and finished goods, alongside assisting in the production process to ensure efficient workflow and output. Valid in-date licences required within 3 years of test date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Forklift Truck (FLT) to transport raw materials and finished products within the manufacturing facility
- Supply production lines with materials to maintain continuous operation
- Remove finished goods from production areas and store appropriately
- Assist with general production tasks, including packing or machine support
- Ensure all materials are handled safely and in line with company procedures
- Carry out routine equipment checks and report any defects
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Follow all health and safety regulations at all times
- Work to daily production targets and deadlines
Working Hours: 2pm - 10pm
