Masstemps Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a full-time CNC Lathe Setter/Operator to join a busy and expanding company based in the West Bromwich area.
Responsibilities
- CNC Lathe (Star) operation & machining centres: Setting and operating Star CNC lathes, with additional exposure to HAAS and Dugard machining centres.
- Machine setup & tooling control: Managing job changeovers, tool setting, first-off approvals, and ensuring machines are fully set and production-ready.
- CNC performance & troubleshooting: Monitoring output, resolving breakdowns, supporting continuous production flow, and assisting operators with technical machining issues.
Hours
Rotating Shifts - 6.00am - 2.00pm and 2.00pm - 10.00pm - Monday - Friday
Pay Rate
Up to £17.00ph
