Masstemps Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a full-time CNC Programmer to join a busy and expanding company based in the Birmingham area.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Operating, setting and programming HURCO CNC machines (e.g. milling, turning, or 5-axis machines) to produce high-precision components.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and fixtures safely and efficiently.
- Run production jobs according to job cards, route cards, and work instructions.
- Monitor machining operations and make basic offset adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect finished and in-process components using measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM (where applicable).
- Ensure components meet drawing tolerances, surface finish, and quality requirements.
- Identify, record, and report non-conforming parts in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate inspection and production records.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 07:30AM - 16:30PM
Pay Rate: £15 - £17ph dependant on experience.
