We’re building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and growth, and we’re looking for people who want to make a real impact.
Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?
As a Technical Business Analyst at Massive Rocket, you'll bridge the gap between business objectives and technical delivery, helping clients and internal teams turn complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions.

You'll work across CRM, customer data, Martech, and engineering teams to understand business challenges, shape use cases and customer journeys, define requirements, and ensure initiatives are ready for delivery. You'll act as a trusted partner to stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle, bringing structure and clarity to complex problems while keeping business outcomes and technical feasibility aligned.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Business Analysis fundamentals with a practical understanding of customer data, CRM, CDPs, integrations, and Agile delivery.

What Will You Do?
• Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to understand business objectives, challenges, use cases, and requirements
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and backlog items
• Work with Product Owners and delivery teams to manage, refine, and prioritise backlogs based on business value and technical dependencies
• Analyse customer journeys, data flows, APIs, integrations, and platform interactions to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities
• Partner closely with CRM, Data, Engineering, and Solution teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered as intended
• Support the design of customer journeys, audience strategies, segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle marketing use cases
• Facilitate alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders, proactively identifying blockers and driving resolution
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Continuously improve requirements, documentation, delivery processes, and ways of working across client engagements.
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience supporting Product Ownership or Agile delivery teams
• Strong experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business, functional, technical, and data requirements within complex enterprise environments
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and prioritised backlogs
• Strong understanding of customer data, integrations, APIs, CDPs, identity resolution, CRM, and customer engagement ecosystems
• Experience working with platforms such as Braze, Databricks, Snowflake, mParticle, Hightouch, Segment, or similar Martech and customer data technologies
• Good understanding of customer journeys, audience segmentation, personalisation, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement use cases
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with confidence working across technical and senior business stakeholders
• Comfortable challenging assumptions, identifying dependencies, and bringing clarity to ambiguous or complex problems
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar delivery and collaboration platforms
• English proficiency at C1 level

Desirable

• Experience working in a consultancy, digital agency, or embedded client delivery environment
• Experience supporting Product Owners or performing Product Owner responsibilities
• Background in CRM, Martech, loyalty, retail, travel, airline, or other B2C environments
• Familiarity with customer analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement frameworks
• Experience supporting customer journey orchestration, personalisation, customer data strategy, or identity resolution programmes
• Understanding of broader Martech and AdTech ecosystems and how they connect with customer data platforms
