We’re building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and growth, and we’re looking for people who want to make a real impact.

As a Senior Project Manager at Massive Rocket, you’ll lead complex, high-value client engagements across multiple workstreams — acting as the primary delivery lead responsible for client success, commercial performance, and delivery excellence. You’ll operate at the centre of large-scale Martech, CRM, and data programmes, ensuring teams remain aligned, risks are proactively managed, and delivery stays on track across fast-moving environments. Working closely with Programme Leads, delivery teams, and senior client stakeholders, you’ll bring structure, governance, and strategic oversight to every engagement. This role goes beyond project coordination — you’ll own account-level delivery outcomes, contribute to commercial success, mentor junior team members, and help shape how Massive Rocket delivers scalable, high-quality programmes globally.

What Will You Do?

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream client programmes across CRM, Martech, and data ecosystems
  • Act as the primary delivery lead for your accounts, ensuring strong client satisfaction and programme performance
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, revenue tracking, and margin performance across engagements
  • Establish governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting structures for large programmes
  • Lead RAID management processes, proactively identifying and mitigating risks across workstreams
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones to ensure alignment and delivery momentum
  • Facilitate steering committees, programme reviews, stakeholder workshops, and executive-level reporting
  • Partner with Programme Leads, delivery teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure programmes meet both business and operational objectives
  • Support RFP responses and contribute to business development activities through delivery planning and estimation
  • Mentor and coach junior Project Managers and delivery team members, helping raise delivery standards across the organisation
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve reporting, project visibility, and operational efficiency

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5–8 years of Project or Programme Management experience with clear progression in responsibility and complexity
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-value, multi-workstream engagements
  • Strong commercial management experience, including forecasting, margin management, revenue recognition, and change control
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with senior client stakeholders and navigating complex organisational structures
  • Deep understanding of CRM, Braze, Snowflake, and data-driven delivery environments
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Strong governance, planning, and risk management capability across enterprise-level programmes
  • Ability to balance delivery quality, commercial performance, and client satisfaction simultaneously
  • Experience mentoring or developing junior delivery team members
  • Strong communication, escalation management, and organisational skills
  • English proficiency at C1 level

Nice to Have

  • Experience within a digital agency or Martech consultancy environment
  • Braze certification or strong platform knowledge
  • MSP Practitioner, PgMP, or equivalent programme-level certification
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for reporting, delivery optimisation, and project analysis
