Job Description Job Purpose As a CRM Consultant at Massive Rocket, you’ll play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, SMS, push notifications, content cards, and WhatsApp…etc. While you won’t be responsible for creating or leading strategy development, you will meticulously plan and execute campaigns based on strategies provided by our clients or developed by our strategy team. You’ll collaborate closely with our clients, working hand-in-hand to translate campaign strategies into impactful initiatives that drive results. You’ll guide our project team to success, ensuring seamless execution, efficient operations, and exceptional client satisfaction.
