Massive Bio, a rapidly growing health-tech startup founded in 2015, is dedicated to providing every cancer patient with access to clinical trials, regardless of their location or financial status.

Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials addresses every point of friction in traditional enrollment processes.

We are seeking an Account Manager based in the United Kingdom for this remote opportunity.

You will support the growth of our provider engagement operations across the UK, serving as a local contact point for oncology providers.

Your mission will be to expand Massive Bio\’s network, increase referrals, and strengthen provider engagement efforts.

Reporting to the Director, OUS Provider Engagement, your responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with key oncologists and physicians
  • Educating healthcare providers about our clinical platform
  • Contributing to strategic mapping to identify relevant physicians
  • Visiting clinics and healthcare facilities across the UK
  • Maintaining strong relationships with healthcare teams
  • Tracking engagement outcomes and updating CRM records
  • Reporting on progress and insights
  • Performing data management and analysis

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor\’s degree required; medical background preferred
  • Experience in Pharma, Biotech, or NGS with an oncology/hematology network
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; programming skills a plus
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Proactive, self-motivated with strong communication and sales skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Willing to travel at least one week per month across the UK
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • At least 2 years of project management experience
  • Experience in healthcare services, NHS, value-based care, or ICS
  • Must be a resident or citizen of the UK
