The role involves accountability for the overall performance and day-to-day leadership of the store. You set the culture, drive the commercial strategy and ensure operational excellence — delivering results while protecting a premium customer experience where service, detail and standards are key.

What you’ll do:
- Own store performance and deliver sales, productivity and service objectives
- Set and drive the commercial strategy using KPIs, store insight and customer demand
- Lead and develop your management team, building capability, motivation and succession
- Deliver an exceptional store experience through strong standards, customer care and product knowledge
- Oversee all operational and administrative routines, ensuring compliance and consistency
- Ensure stock flow, availability and store organisation support commercial performance
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-run environment, ensuring Health & Safety standards are met
- Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives and embed them into daily ways of working
