  • Own store performance and deliver sales, productivity and service objectives

  • Deliver an exceptional store experience through strong standards, customer care and product knowledge
  • Oversee all operational and administrative routines, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Ensure stock flow, availability and store organisation support commercial performance
  • Maintain a safe, clean and well-run environment, ensuring Health & Safety standards are met
  • Act as an ambassador for Inditex sustainability initiatives and embed them into daily ways of working
