Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering phone calls to customers, suppliers, and sales representatives
  • Serving customers at the front desk and taking payments
  • Processing and amending sales orders received via email, phone, or in person
  • Liaising with sales, transport, and production teams
  • Order confirmations
  • Invoicing and crediting customer accounts
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Processing customer payments via cheque, card, and cash
  • Performing general office administrative tasks

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30.

Key Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (preferred)
  • Strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office
