Duties and Responsibilities Include
- Answering phone calls to customers, suppliers, and sales representatives
- Serving customers at the front desk and taking payments
- Processing and amending sales orders received via email, phone, or in person
- Liaising with sales, transport, and production teams
- Order confirmations
- Invoicing and crediting customer accounts
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Processing customer payments via cheque, card, and cash
- General office administrative tasks
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30.

Key Requirements
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (preferred)
- Strong IT Skills with experience in Microsoft Office
- Confident communicator with strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail and excellent team working skills
- Friendly and approachable in person and on the phone
- Proven experience in Customer Services
